Funded by Arts Council England, LeftCoast delivers Blackpool and Wyre’s Creative People and Places programme to develop greater access to arts and culture for those that wouldn’t normally access the arts. We create and co-commission a wide range of arts programmes from large-scale spectacle to smaller, bespoke projects in our neighbourhood communities.
We would like a ‘can do’ individual to imaginatively tell the stories of our participants, projects and organisation through our social media channels, website and other forms of digital/analogue communications. In addition, we would like you to collate, monitor and organise our digital data (from participants, partners, audience) and keep us compliant with GDPR.
You will love the variety of being our Digital Communications and Data Co-ordinator. One day you could be copy-editing and posting content, the next updating the website or preparing a newsletter, you might be managing mailing lists, collating data for a funder’s report, talking to a designer or meeting with a partner organisation.
In this role, you will be part of a busy, friendly and supportive team, actively involved in the decision-making about LeftCoast’s dynamic programme. It will be a challenging and demanding role – multitasking requests from a number of different people and projects – but we know this is an ‘out of the ordinary’, enjoyable and rewarding job for the right candidate.
