We’re hiring a Finance and Data Administrator 

LeftCoast is hiring a Finance and Data Administrator to provide proactive and effective administrative support to the team, and help with the smooth organisational delivery and monitoring of our creative engagement programme.

The job will involve five key administrative areas:

Operations 

Input information and data into LeftCoast systems, supporting reception duties (phone/mail) and out-of-office event assistance.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Assisting data gathering at LeftCoast activities, assisting with the documentation of activities, monitoring and evaluation. Supporting the Operations Manager with the collation & dissemination of reports to funders. 

Database Management 

Administrate LeftCoast’s contact database and any other data regarding project communications securely. Adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. 

Social Media 

Support the creation and dissemination of communication  assetts to promote and document activities  on all web based platforms. Update the LC website with content provided by the team. 

LeftCoast Volunteers

Support the team to contact volunteers and residents  to keep them informed about engagement opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this role will love organising files, records, equipment and people – someone who pays attention to detail and enjoys a varied workload. They will be an able communicator and an energetic and motivated organiser. They will be able to work to deadlines and be a confident first point of contact for the organisation.
